Gain high efficiency at every stage of the polishing process by using 3M™ Perfect-It™ Defect Removal Sponges for erasing sanding lines and swirl marks, low-speed polishing and removing blemishes. 3M's Double-Sided Sponges are designed with embossed patterns on the face of the sponge to hold more ointment and reduce product dispersion around the perimeter of the work, for greater surface contact and increased efficiency. Single-Sided Sponges are equipped with a Hookit™ Mounting System for easy changes. Use on fully dry, hard or intermediate finish paint,for removing bits and scratches or restoring P1200 grade scratches or finer sanding scratches - even in confined spaces. The double-sided 3M™ Perfect-It™ Defect Removal Sponges have a center bottom for added durability. They work with the Quick Connect Ointment Adapter, with 5/8-inch threads for quick locking and centering of sponges, on a wide range of standard rotary tools and ointments. Removable just as quickly, for rapid change of sponges.
