Raymarine Evolution – EV1 Sensor Core

The Raymarine E70096 is the EV-1 sensor core from the Evolution series, which serves as the heart of Raymarine's Evolution autopilot system. It is a 9-axis sensor that monitors the vessel's motion in all dimensions, providing accurate data for heading, pitch, roll, and yaw. The EV-1's solid-state technology delivers dynamic accuracy within 2° under all conditions, while automatic compensation for onboard magnetic fields ensures reliable heading even at high latitudes. The sensor is fully sealed and meets IPX6 and IPX7 waterproof standards, allowing for installation either above or below deck. It connects via the SeaTalkng network, providing both power and data transfer to the autopilot system and other Raymarine devices.
