Bronze Bearing Special

The bearing have an outer screen made of brass. The latter neutralize the electric corrosion.The inner side of the bearings is lined by nitrile black rubber.The bearing is lubricated by water, creating a very thin film between shaft and rubber, reducing friction coefficient to very low value.

Please Avoid dry operating, because rubber temperature would rise very quickly, damging the bearing.

Leaving a minimum clearence between the shaft and the rubber bearing, according to shaft diameter; not to lower the shaft peropheric under 0.25m/sec.
