It is an epoxy mastic, used for the repair of broken or damaged parts - pipes, laminates, etc. It becomes as hard as stone, and can be used underwater without difficulty. It adheres to wood, steel, aluminium, polyester, lead, etc. When dry, it can be machined, sanded, painted, etc.
