Description

For high temperatures common in 4-cylinder, turbocharged or high performance engines. The most advanced, high temperature silicone RTV available. Safe for sensors, low odor, non-corrosive. Three times more oil resistant than conventional silicones; eight times more flexible than cut gaskets.

Instructions
For best results, clean and dry all surfaces with solvent-free solvent.
Cut the nozzle to the desired bead size. Flanges are best formed using a 1/16" to 1/4" (2 to 6 mm) bead.
Apply a continuous and uniform silicone bead to a surface; surround all screw holes. Assemble the fittings immediately.
Finger tighten the bolts until the material begins to compress around the flange.
Allow to dry for one hour and then retighten 1/4 to 1/2 turn.
The silicone dries in 1 hour and fully cures in 24 hours. Allow more time in cold or very dry conditions.
Replace the cap after use. Clean hands with a dry cloth or Permatex® Fast Orange® Hand Cleaner. Clean tools with non-flammable cleaning fluid.
NOTE: Not recommended for use on head gaskets or components that come in contact with gasoline.
