105 Epoxy Resin System
105 Epoxy Resin is a clear and low viscosity liquid epoxy resin that offers excellent performance. It is specially formulated to work with any of the four available WEST SYSTEM hardeners. This versatile resin can be cured over a wide temperature range, resulting in a strong bond with excellent moisture resistance. When mixed in the proper ratio with a WEST SYSTEM hardener, 105 epoxy resin becomes a reliable adhesive for a variety of applications.

Working time:
Working time (thin film) is based on the hardener you choose at 25°C:
205 Fast hardener: 60 to 70 minutes
206 Slow hardener: 90 to 110 minutes
207 Special transparent hardener: 85 to 110 minutes
209 Ultra slow hardener: 200 to 260 hours
Curing time:
Solid state occurs over a wide range of durations at 25°C:
205 Fast curing hardener: 5 to 7 hours
206 Slow hardener: 9 to 12 hours
207 Special transparent hardener: 9 to 12 hours
209 Ultra slow hardener: 20 to 24 hours
